This position is located at Southeast Elementary School in Yoder, Wyoming for the 2025-2026 academic year. Southeast Schools serve students in grades K-12. The secretary to the principal is a benefited, 10-month position working 1600 hours/200 days per academic year. Start date is August 4, 2025.
Purpose Statement
The job of Secretary to Principal was established for the purpose/s of providing complex and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the school-site principal; conveying information regarding school functions and procedures; ensuring efficient operation of support functions; ensuring compliance with site’s financial, legal and administrative requirements; and overseeing assigned projects and site activities.
This job reports to the building principal.
