This is a certified staff position at Trail Elementary in Torrington, Wyoming, serving students in grades 3-5 for the 2026–2027 school year. This position requires an Art Education endorsement (K-6 or K-12). The start date is August 10, 2026.

The job of Teacher - Elementary was established for the purpose/s of facilitating student success in academic and interpersonal skills through implementing district approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes;addressing specific educational needs of students' providing a safe and optimal learning environment; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc.  

This position reports to the building principal.

Experience  Job related experience desired

Education   Bachelors degree in Art Education K-12

Continuing Educ. / Training    Maintain PTSB certification by earning 5 credit hours per every 5 year renewal period

Certificates & Licenses   Professional Teaching Standards Board Certification with an Art Education (K-6 or K-12) endorsement
